I keep it simple. I am aligned with Love, Truth, Fun, Honesty, Integrity, Health, and Wholeness which I believe to be the key pillars to happiness.

What began as a health journey during the Covid pandemic, took shape into what has become my lifestyle. I devoted myself to healing my body, mind and spirit. I take an eclectic approach to spirituality, drawing from many different philosophies and traditions. I believe all religions have underlying core truths within them that point to the interconnected nature of our reality, bridging the physical and nonphysical. First, we are spiritual, vibrational beings, then we are physical, yet many mix these two up. My mission is to assist you in coming back to a sense of wholeness by bridging these gaps, creating a structured program if needed based on the individuals needs and offering additional holistic practices like massage, reiki, qi gong and movement to help your energy flow again. What would a session with me look like? I provide a safe space at my home in Malibu where we sit together, identify challenges, connect you back into your body through breathe work, energetic light touch (reiki), and also movement practices like qi gong and dance. Together we empower you to go forward to face your unique challenges working within your unique blueprint.

My work is rooted in spiritual guidance, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and embodied practices. While I am not a licensed mental health professional, I have extensive experience supporting individuals through periods of emotional growth, transition, self-reflection, and inner healing.

I hold a certified yoga teacher training, which included study of mindfulness, breath work, somatic awareness, and the mind-body connection. I continue to deepen my understanding of mental and emotional wellbeing through ongoing self-study, mentorship, and practical experience working one-on-one with clients.

I take my role seriously and work within clear ethical boundaries. My sessions are not therapy and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. When appropriate, I encourage and support clients in seeking licensed mental health professionals alongside our work together.

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health conditions. My work is complimentary to psychotherapy and medical care, not a replacement.

I believe integrity in this work means being transparent. While my training is not academic or clinical in nature, it is experiential, embodied, and ongoing. I approach every client with humility, care, and respect for the complexity of the human psyche.

I weave years of personal study and lived experience into my practice. S.E.A. is grounded in embodied practice rather than theory alone. I am informed by ongoing learning in trauma-aware and mindfulness-based approaches.
